Dear Friends in Shaughnessy Heights United
Church,
As July reaches the half-way mark, I want to draw a
few items to your attention.
Please note:
1. On Sundays July 18 and 25 I will conclude my stories
about Modern Christian Martyrs – complete with
photos of the statues for everyone!
2. PLEASE consider the printed form (available July
11 and 18) for those who can VOLUNTEER with the GO Project
(July 25-Aug. 5) Details explained again on July 18.
3. Consider the Wednesday evening July 21st gathering
in support of “Texas 4000 for cancer” bike-riders
(TEXAS to ALASKA!!) Come and meet them at 7 PM in the
Hall.
4. Remember - on Sunday August 1st (only) our worship
will be at Ryerson United at 10 AM.
I hope to see you on Sunday mornings when you are in
Vancouver – we continue to provide Sunday worship
at 10 AM in tune with the season..
